Truly ahead of its time, located in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains Studio 27 was Asheville's first high end photography and production studio, and it served as an inspiration and jumping off point for a myriad of smaller studios and local photographers in the area. I designed the interior and and internal layout of the space and did the construction and all of the finish carpentry. Builder, owner, studio manger, I still managed to be one of the main photographers that shot in this magnificent space.
